Apply for work visa quota for the Employer under guidance and required documents by the Maldives Imigration provided by the client.
Submit required documents and obtain online Employment Approval for each Personnel from Maldivian Immigration
Apply for additional work visa quota under request of the client.
Attend the Work Visa Deposit payment to Maldives Inland Revenue Authority.
Attend Insurance for each Personnel under guidance of the Maldives Immigration.
Prepare the quarterly work visa fee payment before the due deadline and attend work visa fee payment
Obtain Work Visa and Work Permit Card under guidance and required documents by Maldives Immigration service.
Upon written request of the client, submit Employment Approval/Work Visa cancellation service.
Upon written request of the client, submit Work Visa Card renewal/extension service, including attending relevant medical examinations and insurance renewal.
Assist in processing refund of work visa Deposit from Maldives Inland Revenue Authority.
Maintain the validity and activity of work visa account for the client, and provide professional advisory assistance to the client to comply with laws and regulations issued by Maldives Government authorities.
We undertake the responsibility of the client all passports and all the necessary documents.
We undertake responsibility of any penalties occurred due to the failure or negligence to carry out our services.
Advising client's potential work visa service options and pathways.
Manage all the necessary documents to process on client's behalf right through to finalization.
If Maldives Immigration law and procedures are complex and constantly changing. We advise on the options and the implications of different choices.
Provide you with relevant document checklists, forms and guidelines.
Assist you in the collection and preparation of all information and documentation required in support of client's work visa applications.
Prepare and submit any incidental applications as required.
Communicate with the Maldives Immigration Service on your behalf and handle any issues or requests for further information.
